July, 2009:
I’ve had wonderful fun in the last six months inventing the frozen world of the Echoes. All my family now talks Echo at each other, and we have all sorts of inside jokes. In short, the Echo realm is very real to us. And the story is ready to enchant new readers. So… time to look for a literary agent (keeping my crystal balls circling.)

January, 2009:
Once again I received terrific feedback from the literary agent reviewing the manuscript.  There is still work to be done.  Now that the storyline is tight, it is time to infuse the strange world of the Echoes with an atmosphere unique to itself.  It shall be a crystallized world, icy and gleaming.  There'll be fountains with flavors (watch out for the Echo delicacies!).  There'll be horses that look like unicorns.  And more Echoes living inside Sounds.

I have already began this second revision .  I hope to finish the work in a few months.

September, 2008:
I finished revising the novel, reducing it from 450 pages, to 267 pages.  The revision took two months of full-time work (except for weekends spent lazily in the sun).  The wonderful literary agent who gave me such good advice is now reviewing the manuscript again.  We'll see....

May, 2008:
After querying several literary agents, I was fortunate to come across one who liked the concept and storytelling but suggested ideas for a revision.  Accordingly, I am back at work, reimagining Will Cleary's adventure.
